| Sneezekit padded out of the nursery, looking for something to do. She was tired of being cramped up in a nursery. She sat at the edge of the camp and started drawing in a patch of dry, loose, sandy dirt. |

| Sneezekit's belly grumbled. She stalked up on a lifeless mouse in the fresh-kill pile. The kit pounced onto the mouse, then batted it into the air. It fell to the ground with a sickening plop, and she looked around to see if anyone was watching. |
